What is stewardship?
Stewardship, at its core, involves the responsible care of valuable resources and assets. These assets encompass embodying and teaching the principles of shared humanity, with decisions driven by their enduring well-being and vitality. Achieving this requires a profound understanding of the unique requirements of each relational space.
This often requires a deep understanding of each resource and its needs.
Stewards preserve and protect resources for future generations, ensuring that they remain healthy and vibrant for years to come.

Natasja Pelgrom, a revered thought leader and accomplished executive who has made indelible contributions to the realms of personal transformation and psychedelics assisted care. As a sacred medicine woman, visionary leader, and mystical mentor, Natasja embarks on profound spiritual alchemy journeys, providing a compassionate space for self-leadership, behavioural and systems change.
Renowned for her highly intuitive guidance, Natasja has played instrumental roles in over 1000 psychedelic ceremonies, serving as a trainer, facilitator, and assistant. As the founder of Awaken The Medicine Within Retreats and Education since 2017,
Currently, Natasja brings her wisdom and expertise to executive advisory roles in the (psychedelic) health and wellness industry, guiding and supervising leaders toward skilful self-leadership.
Drawing upon over a decade of mentoring and coaching experience, she empowers leaders, coaches, therapists, and healers to thrive in their services by focusing impact and change.
Natasja's multifaceted mentorship approach is complemented by her extensive background of 20+ years as a serial entrepreneur.
